A: Oceanfront Court offers year-to-year leases only on trailer lots. All annual leases begin on June 1st with rent paid upfront.

Q: Can I live in my trailer or mobile home year-round?
A: No. Permanent residency is strictly prohibited. Occupancy by any individual cannot exceed 20 consecutive days or a total of 20 days within a month.

Q: Are dogs allowed at Oceanfront Court?
A: No. Oceanfront Court is a dog-free facility. Neither tenants nor their guests are permitted to bring dogs onto the premises under any circumstances.

Q: How do I buy a trailer?
A: You must submit an application on www.OceanfrontCourt.com to start the application process.

Q: What does the application process entail?
A: The application process includes a background check and in person interview. The $100 application fee can be submitted during the interview.

Q: Can I rent out my mobile home or travel trailer to subtenants or guests?
A: No. Tenants are not permitted to sublease or rent out their mobile homes or travel trailers to anyone.

Q: What items are prohibited on the property?
A: Golf carts, ride-on battery-operated children's vehicles, dogs, and basketball hoops are prohibited.

Q: When are quiet hours?
A: Quiet hours apply both inside and outside all homes and trailers from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

Q: Are there any empty lots?
A: Once every couple of years an empty lot will be available. If it is it will be listed on the trailers for sale page.

Q: What amenities are included?
A: The amenities include water, sewer, trash, , pier, boat ramp, beach and sound access.
